Payment Methods

Online Registration: Credit/Debit Card payments may be made through can be made using Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover, etc credit/debit cards through secure online payment system in the respective conferences/webinars website.

Offline Registration: To register offline the participant/applicant contact the respective conference/webinar manager. The conference manager will advise the process of the offline registration procedure. Credit card details can only be accepted through the authorization form of our secure online system. Please quote your invoice number as a reference. The payment confirmation will be sent soon after your registration received. Credit card details can only be accepted through the authorization form of our secure online system.

Onsite Registration: Payment must be made before receiving conference on-site. The suggestible mode of payment is by cash or any card.

Requestting An Invitation Letter

For security purposes, an Letter of Invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include any kind of insurance.

Transportation

Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made in writing.

Europa Conferences reserves the right to make last-minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.

Europa Conferences reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel or postpone any conference in case of any natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. Organizer will have no further liability to the client.

Registrations remain valid for event with new dates or for future editions, if the conference has to be postponed by causes beyond organizer control i.e., The Registration Fee and the Accommodation charges will be automatically transferred to the next scheduled Conference. Refund policy is not applicable in this condition

In any case, if the Registrant is unable to attend the next scheduled Conference, 100% credit of the paid amount will be provided which can be used for another Europa Conferences Event which occurs within 18 Months from the date of the Postponement.

Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.

The organizer will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.

All cancellations or alterations of registration or registrants must be made in writing to Conference Mail ID & contact@europaconferences.com

Postponement

If Europa Conferences reserves complete rights to postpone an Event with Valid Reasons (that includes Pandemic, Natural Disasters, terrorism activities, Safety concerns, etc.) and any Registrants who are unable or unwilling to attend the Rescheduled Conferences are only Eligible to Receive a 100% Credit Note of their Paid Registration fee and you may use this Credit Note for another Europa Conferences only.

The Credit Note is Valid for 18 Months from the date of the Postponement.

Transferred Registrations

Fully Paid Registrations are eligible to be transferred from one person to another with prior notice by the Registrant and have to be confirmed by writing to contact@europaconferences.com Details must include the Full Name, Email ID, Contact Number, and Speech Title of the Replaced Person. Transfer of Registration has to be informed one month prior to the date of commencement of the conference.

Registration can be transferred from one conference to another conference of Europa Conferences only if the Registrant is unable to attend the Conference for a Valid Reason.

Any type of Transfer of Registration is not eligible for Registrants intimated 30 Days prior to the commencement of the Conference.

Transferred Registration Fee of any kind is Not Eligible for Refund.

Refund Policy (For Conferences And Accommodations)

On the off chance that the registrant can't visit or isn't in a situation to transfer their participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements for both registration and accommodations will apply: Keeping in the view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels, and different overheads, we needed to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs, and all bank charges will be for the registrant's account.

  • Before 120 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund (150 USD/150 EURO/150GBP towards administrative/service fee deduction)
  • Within 119-90 days of Conference: Eligible for 60% Refund
  • Within 89-46 days of Conference: Eligible for 40% Refund
  • Within 45 days of Conference: Non-refundable
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
  • The registration with limited costs (special discounts) is transferable to a person or event but not refundable anytime in cash/credit.
  • In the case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to the other conference or can be refunded as per the time policies mentioned above.

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

Once, the registrant participant initiated refund request the paid fees will be from 60-90 days to process your refunds. Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration. The processed Refund can take up to 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement.

The online conference registration website is end to end encrypted and protects the registrant's credit card and personal information.
