Prof. Hu is an IEEE Fellow, and a full professor of cyber security at UNSW Canberra (also called the Australian Defence Force Academy: ADFA). His research interest is in the field of general cyber security with a focus on biometrics security and intrusion detection. He has published extensively in many top venues including IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (TPAMI), IEEE Transactions on Image Processing (TIP), IEEE Transactions on Computers (TC), IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS), IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (TDSC), and IEEE Transactions on Information Security and Forensics (TIFS). He served on the evaluation panel of Research Excellence Australia (ERA) 2012. He serves on the editorial board of multiple international journals including the Senior area editor, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security (TIFS). He has a Google h-index of 73.

Kin K. Leung is the Tanaka Chair Professor at Imperial College in London. He received his B.S. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and M.S. and Ph.D. from University of California, Los Angeles. Before joining Imperial, he worked at AT&T Bell Labs in New Jersey from 1986 to 2004. His current research focuses on optimization and machine-learning techniques for system design and control of large-scale communication, computer and sensor networks. He also works on multi-antenna and cross-layer designs for wireless networks. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, and member of Academia Europaea. His contributions have led to significant design improvements and new capabilities in nationwide telecommunication systems and wireless networks both in the U.S. and the UK. He has won many professional awards, including the Bell Labs DMTS Award (1994), Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Award (2004-09), IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Leonard G. Abraham Prize (2021), IEEE ComSoc Best Survey Paper Award (2022), U.S.–UK Science and Technology Stocktake Award (2021), Lanchester Prize Honorable Mention Award (1997), and several best conference paper awards. He was the chairman (2012-15) of the IEEE Fellow Evaluation Committee for the ComSoc. He has served as guest editor and editor for 10 IEEE and ACM journals and chaired the Steering Committee for the IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing. Currently, he is an editor for the ACM Computing Survey and International Journal on Sensor Networks. He chairs the Organizing Committee for the IEEE Infocom 2025 Conference.

Ahmed Menshawy is the Vice President of AI Engineering at Mastercard. In this role, he leads the AI Engineering team, driving the development and commercialization of AI products that deliver business value across the organization. His work focuses on enabling Mastercard to harness the power of AI to solve complex problems, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences. Ahmed collaborates with cross-functional teams to bring innovative AI solutions from concept to market, ensuring they align with Mastercard’s strategic objectives. An accomplished author and recognized contributor to the AI community, Ahmed has co-authored Deep Learning with TensorFlow and written Deep Learning by Example. His most recent book, Graph Learning for the Enterprise, published by O’Reilly, provides practical insights into efficiently training and deploying graph learning pipelines at scale.

Elliot Soloway, Arthur F. Thurnau Professor, CSE Division, College of Engineering, School of Education, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In 2001, undergraduates selected him to receive the “Golden Apple Award” as the Outstanding Teacher of the Year at UMich. In 2019 Soloway co-founded the Center for Digital Curricula, whose mission is to provide deeply-digital, OER curricula to K-12 teachers and students. Since 2019-20, 10,000+ K-5, children have used the Center’s curricula – and even demonstrated increased scores on standardized tests.

Cathie Norris, Regents Professor Emerita, College of Information, the University of North Texas, Denton, TX. From 1995-2001, Norris was President of the National Educational Computing Association, and led its merger with ISTE, the International Society for Technology in Education, creating the largest, international organization for technology-minded educators in the world. Norris was Co-President of ISTE from 2001-2004. Norris taught high school for 14 years – receiving a Golden Apple Award from Dallas ISD along the way. Norris is the co-founder and Co-Director of the UMich. Center for Digital Curricula.

Anne Tapp Jaksa, Professor of Teacher Education, College of Education, Saginaw Valley State University, Anne Tapp Jaksa, Professor of Teacher Education, College of Education, Saginaw Valley State University, University Center, MI. Tapp was named teacher of the year when teaching P-12 and was awarded the Landee Award for Excellence in Teaching at the university level. She was elected to the Executive Committee of the American Association for Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE) Board of Directors and is past chair of the AACTE Advisory Council of State Representatives (ACSR) Executive Committee. She serves as the Director of Professional Learning for the University of Michigan Center for Digital Curricula.

Dr. Sameh Yamany is the Corporate Chief Technology Officer at VIAVI Solutions, where he drives the company’s technological vision and innovation strategies, with a focus on Open RAN, 6G, 3D sensing, photonics, quantum-safe cryptography, AI, and network cloudification. Previously, he served as CEO and President of Trendium, a leader in customer experience assurance, and as CTO of software applications at Tektronix Communications, spearheading advanced wireless and wireline monitoring solutions. Dr. Yamany has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University in Virginia. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Louisville, USA, and is a prolific inventor and author, holding numerous patents and publishing extensively in artificial intelligence, telecommunications, and biomedical engineering.

Eran Kinsbruner is a distinguished technology executive, author, and patent holder with deep expertise in software testing, DevOps, and developer productivity. Currently serving as an executive at Lightrun, he plays a pivotal role in advancing developer observability and live debugging solutions. Eran has authored several influential books on continuous testing and DevOps and has earned multiple awards for his contributions to software quality and innovation.

Florian Deeg is an experienced FPGA developer and a PhD candidate at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, specializing in the design of asynchronous circuits in FPGAs. He is currently leading a project focused on the implementation of an asynchronous RISC-V processor using low-level primitives in Verilog HDL. Florian has a strong background in programming languages and embedded system development. He has published several papers on asynchronous design and safety-critical systems, which have been featured at international conferences. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering from HTWG Konstanz.

Giusi Antonia Toto is a Full Professor of Methodologies of Teaching and Special Pedagogy at the University of Foggia, where she coordinates the Learning Sciences Institute, an educational research center.

Marco di Furia is a PhD candidate in Neuroscience and Education and a research fellow at the Learning Sciences Institute of the University of Foggia.

From 2019 to 2024, Ida Verna served as Scientific Coordinator and Experimentation Lead of the didactic innovation project “L’Ascolto” at the G. d’Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara. In 2025, they assumed the role of Scientific Director for the same project, which has since expanded to national and European levels, including recognition through the Ingenium Education Lab call. Since 2024, they have directed the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC-UNICH), a university hub for research and training on teaching quality. Ida Verna is also an active member of the PhD Board in Sustainable Blue Economy and One Health and serves on various committees at the Leonardo da Vinci Telematic University, including Quality Assurance and Teaching. Within the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI), they coordinate multiple working groups focused on teacher training, impact evaluation, and didactic innovation. Additionally, they collaborate on national research initiatives under SIDREA – the Italian Society of Accounting and Business Administration Teachers.

Asst. Prof. Ronina R. Caoili-Tayuan is a Computer Engineering graduate from Mapua University and teaching in the College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS)-Information Technology Department at the University of Santo Tomas, where she teaches courses under the Internet of Things (IoT), and Network and Security specializations. She is currently the Coordinator of the International and Relations program of the College. She was once the Education eLearning Specialists of the University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science major in Software Development from Mapua University (formerly Mapua Institute of Technology), and a Microsoft Certified Professional in Systems Administration from Microsoft Corporation. She is currently taking up her Doctorate Degree in Doctor in Information Technology at De La Salle University- Manila specialized in Health Informatics. She is the author of Living in the IT Era (1st edition) book published last 2019 and the 2nd edition to be published this 2024. Another book that was published early in 2021 entitled IT Application Tools in Business. She was involved with CHED-RECPE Grant Research entitled “UST-IICS Student Academic Performance Evaluation through Data Mining and Analytics as Suggestive Input to Curriculum Improvement”. She has been a Technical Committee Reviewer of International Research funded by Government in Gulf College, Sultanate of Oman, and an International Research Conference for International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT) since 2019 up to present. She also holds a Mendeley Advisor Community position since June 2020, and a lifetime member of an international organizations such as IACSIT, ICSES, IERDC, IAENG, and a local organizations ICpEP.
